Salary: $45,000-$50,000 Yearly
Commissions 3 tiered – 10%, 30% and 50% based on Volume
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years outside business to business sales

Operating under the master guidelines and objectives, the Sales Representatives are responsible for and have authority for the following:
Attainment of individual and group Sales objectives.
Working in cooperation with the Sales Manager to help achieve individual objectives and to develop tools for tracking established objectives and reports to indicate levels of individual and group achievement.
Developing and maintaining economic and market intelligence files. Analyzing, collating and presenting information concerning current market conditions and competition as requested by the Sales Manager.
Establishing and maintaining prospect and customer files.
Cooperating and coordinating start-up of new accounts with Operations Representatives.
Preparing and/or reviewing new business proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
Making recommendations concerning effective sales methods and techniques.
Performing other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time by the Sales Manager.
The Sales Representative is accountable to the Sales Manager for interpretation and fulfillment of her/his objectives.
The Sales Representative exercises the authority delegated by the Sales Manager and accepts responsibility to keep the Sales Manager informed.
