As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization by accurately inputting and updating data. THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from paper documents into computer systems
• Verify and correct data entry errors
• Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into various databases
• Create and update spreadsheets with large amounts of data
• Ensure data integrity by performing regular data backups and audits
• Respond to data inquiries and provide information as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient typing and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
