Entry-Level Plumber (Willing to Train)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Plumber. This position is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of plumbing systems and is eager to develop their skills in this field. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Plumbing Tasks: Work under the supervision of experienced plumbers to learn and assist in a variety of plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.

2. Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

3. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

4. Use and Maintenance of Tools and Equipment: Learn to properly use and maintain plumbing tools and equipment.

5. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Assist in identifying and diagnosing plumbing issues, under guidance, to determine the best course of action.

6. Compliance with Codes and Regulations: Gain knowledge of and comply with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.

7. Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to expand plumbing knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of plumbing systems is preferred, but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in various environments, including tight spaces and heights.
• Good physical condition to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
