Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (30-45 hours per week)

Job Description: Are you tired of the corporate grind and seeking a fulfilling career where you can work with your hands and make a difference? Look no further! We are currently seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Essential Shop Finisher. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing our furniture to life, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare furniture for finishing, including staining, painting, spraying with topcoat, and sanding.
• Maintain a keen attention to detail to perfect the finishing touches on each piece.
• Work collaboratively with our team to uphold our commitment to excellence in craftsmanship.
• Package finished furniture securely for shipment.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
• Background check may be required.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to perfection.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, with a great moral character and high motivation.
• Experience in staining, painting, carpentry, or construction is preferred but not required.
• Leadership qualities with a "big picture" outlook.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work full-time (Monday to Friday).
• Must be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 60lbs.
