Great Work Employment has an exciting opportunity for Machine Operator to join our team! You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our products, ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking a first shift Operator to work with a great team in the Strongsville, Ohio area to handle some setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines. You will work closely with a team of technicians to ensure that the machines are running at optimal levels and that the production targets are met. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be key in ensuring that the molded parts meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities

· Set up, operate, and maintain machinery

· Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

· Inspect finished products for quality assurance

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine operating/injection molding

· Strong mechanical skills/reliability required

· Attention to detail and a focus on quality

· Ability to lift, stand, bend, twist and work in manufacturing environments

· Ability to work with a team and independently
