Position Overview: The Main Shop Service Technician plays a crucial role in our service department, responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical issues on various vehicle makes and models. This position requires an individual with advanced technical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and technical specifications to ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
• Mentor and support junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as an automotive service technician, with a strong background in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues.
• ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and computerized systems for vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
