G2 is growing and looking to add Ticket Agents to the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport team. (MSY)

Ticket Agent Rate of Pay: $19.00/HR.

The Ticket Agent will check in and greet customers traveling courteously and efficiently; assist with the ticketing sales and pre-boarding process as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent
Intermediate level of Computer skills and experience
Previous customer service experience preferred
Must be 18 years older
Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation

JOB SUMMARY:

The Ticket Agent is responsible for meeting and greeting arriving passengers in the claim area; provide assistance and information to individuals meeting arriving passengers. Determine service needs of customers, assisting with all baggage issues, including lost articles, lost, damaged, and pilfered luggage.
