Tool Crib Technician - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Presets tools, sets gauging

· Tracks tool supplies received in Baan.

· Keeps the tool crib well stocked, clean and organized in order to efficiently provide machinists with required tooling.

· Performs preventative maintenance.

· Works closely and supports machinists/other personnel in the execution of their daily job functions.

· Conducts self at all times in a professional manner and adheres to all company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.

· Check status of fixture requirement on a daily basis.

· Assure fixtures are ready for next 24 hours.

· Assure fixtures are repaired as needed.

Education and Experience

• A High School diploma or GED required.

· Zoller experience a plus

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Equipment Skills

•Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner with frequent interruptions and constantly shifting priorities.

•Ability to plan and prioritize workload to ensure efficient support to plant operations.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

*Basic computer skills-experience with Excel.

Other Requirements

U.S. Person status required.
