Job Description

We are growing and in need of Maintenance Foreman for our VSS Emultech, Inc. Facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Oversee all plant facilities management.
Develop and oversee the maintenance program and procedures for all plant locations.
Maintain all applicable permits and documentation needed.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Oversee maintenance projects and equipment implementation.
Provide training to all plant personnel.
Supervise all third-party operations.
Maintain all API and STI tank inspection and repairs.
Develop plant topography for all locations.
Maintain parts inventory and critical spares for all locations.
Oversee all load cell inspection/requirements.
Drive sustainability with long term corrections.
Develop and conduct monthly plant inspections.
Manage all breakdowns.
Maintain all plant source test requirements.
Oversee all SPCC, SWPP, NONA. Hazmat and CERS compliance
Oversee equipment cleaning team and operations.
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
Ensure optimal operation of equipment, supplies, and inventories with preventive maintenance.
Process and Monitor PO activities, including the timely creation of PO’s and ensuring receipts are applied to PO’s within 24hrs of delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)

Education and/or Experience:

Ability to acquire a license for Forklift Operation (OSHA);
Current state automobile driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, potentially for work-related travel.
3+ years of plant operator or equivalent experience.
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
