Your New Role:

• Perform all functions of sheet metal installation
• Train assemblers and sheet metal installers in all pay grades
• Fabricate metal parts using a variety of sheet metal fabrication material
• Install sheet metal parts with screws, adhesives, or other general fastening methods
• Read and interpret all production orders with minimum amount of assistance
• Perform assembly functions within the allotted time standards

What You Need:

• 2 years of installation or construction experience 
• Basic knowledge of hand and air tools, ability to read measuring tape accurately
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
• Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices
• Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and routers
• Must possess mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills 
• Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job
• Prescreen testing required
