Pay range $45-50/hr + Shift Differentials. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

Shift: Full-Time (With occasional weekend coverage)

We primarily provide outpatient physical therapy services. However, we have partnered with a few healthcare systems offering rehabilitation services in various settings.

We currently have an opening for a Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient team in the Enumclaw, WA. Position Summary:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations.
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in accordance with physicians' orders.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current State licensure for the practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Inpatient acute experience highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
  • Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
  • Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
  • Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
  • Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
