Vehicle Exchange Manager

Job Summary:

Prestige Ford in Mt. Dora, Florida is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Vehicle Exchange Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing the vehicle exchange department at our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position with a base salary and commission structure, providing the opportunity for high earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position is a commission based structure that allows for an earning potential up to $100,000 per year. based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive vehicle exchange sales and increase dealership revenue
- Manage and grow the vehicle exchange department by recruiting, training, and supervising a team of sales professionals
- Oversee the entire vehicle exchange process, from initial customer contact to delivery of the vehicle
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize various sales techniques and tools to effectively sell vehicles and upsell additional services
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales software programs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
