Job Description

 

Role and Responsibilities

                                                                                                         

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Provide instruction in AN/TPY-2 (FBM), BMD Sensor, and Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) operations to design, develop, execute, and maintain training in accordance with TR 350-70 series to meet Army accreditation standards for the following courses:

 

  • Sensor Management Qualification Course (SMQC)
  • Sensor Manager Leader Development Course (SMLDC)

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Graduate of the Sensor Manager Qualification Course
  • Applicant must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain security clearance at the Secret level
  • Operational experience as a Sensor Manager or C2BMC Planner
  • Knowledge of AN/TPY-2 operations and planning

 

Preferred:
 

  • Graduate of the Sensor Manager Leader Development Course
  • Graduate of the C2BMC Planner Course
  • Experience teaching in a TRADOC environment
  • Graduate of a military instructor course.
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

 

Security Responsibilities

Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures.  Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval.  All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

  •  Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
