Responsibilities:

Motivate, and inspire a team of cosmetologists to achieve individual and team goals
Collaborate with our managers to create and enforce steady workflow and performance standards
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to address any issues or concerns effectively
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with health and safety regulations
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence

Qualifications:

Experience as a cosmetologist or Barber, with a track record of exceptional performance
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
In-depth knowledge of various hair styles and beauty treatments, trends, and industry best practices
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations
A valid cosmetologist or Barber license in from the state of Missouri
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
