Lead Interior and Exterior Cleaning Technician

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LEAD INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR CLEANING TECHNICIAN:

Arriving at our beautiful Austin, TX location, you lead a team of skilled technicians, ready to deliver exceptional interior and exterior cleaning. Armed with morning coffee, you tackle residential and commercial window cleaning, making stubborn smudges vanish. Power washing rejuvenates surfaces, while gutter cleaning flows seamlessly under your expertise. Whether on the ground or scaling ladders, you ensure perfection in every task.

Adaptable and effective, you communicate effortlessly with clients and the office team. Elefant Xterior Experts's hard work is coupled with fun, celebrated with Friday breakfast tacos and bonus rewards for your stellar leadership and maintenance of tools and equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to arrive on time, follow instructions, and work independently or with a partner
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb, and maneuver equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in professional cleaning and maintenance services
• Common sense and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule with occasional weekend availability

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This is a full-time position, typically working Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We also have seasonal weekend shifts available.
