Job Description
We are seeking a Hot Shot Truck Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Responsibilities:
- OTR
- Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
- Secure the load
- Properly track and document activity log
- Knowledge of motive ELD
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect the truck before and after the trip
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience a plus
- Must be on time with pick up and delivery of each load
- Knowledge of using chains, straps, and bondage
- A clean valid driver's license
- Ability to drive long-distance
- Strong work ethic
