Foundation Automotive is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team at Foundation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia of Wichita Falls. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring accurate records, and optimizing inventory levels to meet sales goals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of vehicle inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing vehicles on the lot.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Monitor sales trends and work closely with the sales team to forecast inventory needs.
- Coordinate vehicle reconditioning efforts, ensuring that all vehicles meet quality standards before being listed for sale.
- Oversee vehicle appraisals and trade-in processes, ensuring fair and accurate assessments.
- Attend auctions and purchase vehicles to replenish inventory as needed.
- Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize carrying costs and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and service, to optimize inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in automotive inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, including knowledge of different vehicle makes and models.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
