• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong commitment to hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
• The ability to learn our menus and be able to describe menu items
• Multi-tasking ability with the knowledge of when to focus intently on a single objective
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to garner consistently high ticket averages through suggestive selling
• Attention to detail and accuracy when taking and delivering orders
• Understanding POS system and its various functions
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

• You will greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• You will take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
• You will provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, using suggestive selling to increase ticket amounts
• You will anticipate and address guest needs to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
• You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service
• You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• You will process payments and operate the POS system
• You will adhere to all health and safety standards
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the restaurant's operations
