• Boca Raton or Miami offices for a first to third year Litigation Associate - insurance defense experience a plus.
• Lakeland office for a Trust and Estates Associate with five to fifteen years of experience. We're seeking an experienced professional with expertise in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing legal guidance for estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and similar legal areas.
  • Creating legal documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney, as well as business formation and estate planning documentation.
  • Working with clients to develop and execute plans that protect and preserve assets.
• Naples office for a Trust and Estates Associate with 4+ years of experience. We're seeking a candidate that is experienced in the administration of complex estates and trusts, as well as tax and business succession planning for sophisticated and high net-worth clients.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding and experience in:
    • Researching, analyzing, and drafting documents for the implementation of estate and gift plans, as well as other gift and transaction documents related to planning structures.
    • Florida Probate Code and Florida Trust Code, along with experience handling probate and trust administrations.
    • Federal transfer tax rules and procedures, including the ability to prepare and review related tax returns (e.g. Federal estate and gift tax returns).
    • Experience planning for family-owned businesses and life insurance structures - ideal, but not required.
    • Charitable planning, including split-interest trusts and private foundations - ideal, but not required.
• Miami office for a third to fifth year attorney with corporate and technology transactions law experience. The successful candidate will have notable experience drafting and negotiating contracts and licensing in various areas of technology, including software, hardware, SaaS, internet and e-commerce and other technologies, as well as experience advising clients on data privacy and corporate structure and financing, security laws and mergers and acquisitions.
• We have an opening for a third to fifth-year Litigation Associate in our Fort Lauderdale office. Federal court experience a plus. The successful candidate will be admitted to the Florida Bar and have superb writing skills and general litigation experience. Additional skills include the ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, with keen attention to detail.
