ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Follows our Customer Care Standards as follows:
    1. Creates a warm and welcoming environment
    2. Enlists support as needed.
    3. Listens carefully to guests and asks questions to clarify and gather additional information.
    4. Engages in a fun and natural exchange of ideas with guests.
    5. Is authentic and fully present with guests.
    6. Responds happily to any questions.
    7. Anticipates guests needs and makes helpful suggestions.
    8. Exceeds our guests’ expectations, one guest, one celebration at a time
  • Operates the register and handles purchase transactions with cash and credit card transactions.
  • Answers phones using good phone etiquette.
  • Keeps work area tidy and organized.
  • Keeps dining area and outside seating clean and keeps condiments clean and stocked.
  • Puts consumer safety first by maintaining and reinforcing a strong food safety culture.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to be detail oriented, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate in English
  • Ability to perform the essential functions listed above
