• Prepare and set up laptops for new hires with necessary software and configurations.

• Maintain and update the inventory of tech devices and ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets.

• Install specific software on devices remotely when needed, ensuring that all software is up-to-date and secure.

• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve tech-related issues for the care team, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.

• Address device-related issues for the care team, including hardware and software problems, and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.

• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to manage tech fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

• Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing technology environments.

• Familiarity with inventory management and asset tracking systems is a plus.
