The Senior Financial Analyst will help track company performance on key metrics and use analysis to assist the leadership team in driving informed decision-making. This position will report to the CFO.  

Requirements

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation/analysis
• Ability to comfortably handle big data sets to provide summaries, manage change, and/or affect decisions.
• Experienced user of data management software and tools such as Excel (pivot tables, vba, queries), Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
• Willingness to own processes as an independent contributor while also collaborating with others.
• Experience with software systems integrations and implementations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to be flexible and work in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; equivalent education and/or experience considered. Master’s degree, CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in an analysis/planning role

• Fluent with MS Office including advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerBI with the ability to manipulate and analyze data. Experience with VBA for Excel or Visual Basic for Excel preferred.
