JBE Systems is a successful family owned IT support company that has been supporting customers in the Las Vegas valley for 23 years. We are looking for a Desktop Helpdesk - Apple Technician to support educational customers in the Las Vegas valley. We are looking for a candidate that can grow their technical skills and advance within the company. The candidate must possess the following:
Experience:
- Apple support experience
- Working knowledge of Apple macOS
- Working knowledge of Apple iOS
- Working knowledge of Jamf Pro MDM
- Working knowledge of Apple School/Business Manager
- Working knowlege of Office 365
- Working knowledge of Google Workplace
- Desktop Support experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Certifications:
- Apple ACiT Certification recommended
- Jamf 100 recomended
- CompTIA Network+ Certification a plus
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to provide high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask proficiently
