Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Payments/Accounts Receivables Staff to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

Validate customer accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Complete monthly billing entry
Handle replies to in-house staff and customer inquiries
Contact customers regarding delinquent payments
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Payment Application, Data Entry, Scanning, Filing, and Customer Service
All other duties as assigned and necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Accounts Receivables
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and Determined
Strong work ethic
