Job Description
Do you enjoy working with young adults with special needs? This is the perfect job opportunity. A family of an 18-year-old male teenager is looking for a committed and compassionate attendant to engage and support their son. He is able to perform his ADLs but needs supervision.
- Assist him to get ready for school, making sure he performs his grooming tasks.
- Encourage independence and redirection in a very respectful way.
- Prepare his meals.
- Assist with laundry and ironing once or twice a week.
- Take him to all his medical appointments and extracurricular activities.
- Assist him to and from the bus stop.
