Hospice home health. This is a driving RN position, at Pay per visit rate.
Requirements:
Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas
Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
Self-manage time and schedule
Schedule and Shift Details
On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm + 8 units on Saturday + 8 units on Sunday, 2 holidays per year

Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Clinical Documentation
- Clinical Informatics
- Clinical Quality
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Must have ACLS or BLS via American Heart Association
- MUST be okay with the required travel/driving for this positio
