Hours:

• Mon- Fri: 9 AM-6 PM
• Sat-Sun: Closed

Benefits:

$55,000 - $65,000 DOE

• Manage tenant accounts and relationships
• Coordination of facility projects and maintenance
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices
• Brainstorm ways to build revenue and expand marketing
• Daily inspection of the facilities
• Generate 5-star reviews for properties and company
• Grow and maintain occupancy at no less than 95%
• Create weekly reports to Regional Manager

• Customer service experience a Must
• Must Have reliable transportation
• Property Management experience preferred
• Self Storage experience preferred
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office
