Self storage managers often face challenges such as maintaining high occupancy rates, handling customer disputes, and ensuring the security and cleanliness of the facility. Effective communication with tenants, implementing strong security protocols, and staying organized with reservation and payment systems can help address these issues. Additionally, successful managers regularly market their facility and build strong relationships with local businesses and customers to boost occupancy and reputation.
