Full-Time OR Part-Time Self Storage Property Manager
Competitive Pay
Established Self Storage facility looking for an experienced professional to assist with daily operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Daily property inspections
Tenant account management
Processing payments
Managing reservations
Executing new rental agreements and vacates
Collection calls
Property cleaning
Reviewing daily reports
Requirements:
Professional personality
Computer proficiency
Outstanding customer service, time management and organizational skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and E-Verify employment validation process
Prior Self Storage management experience preferred but not required.
