General Laborer

We are looking for a Production Team Member to join our Greenfield, IN plant. As a Team Member with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Working in a team environment.
• Supporting a team of peers to complete manufacturing needs.
• Working to manufacture reinforced concrete pipe.
• Operating machinery and equipment, such as pipe machines, wire welding machines, and heavy equipment.
• Assisting to ensure manufacturing equipment is clean and well maintained.
• Assisting with the transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.

About You

We Require:

• Ability to be on feet for shift length.
• Preferred – Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used. Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to step up 20 inches.
