Nurse Practitioner / NP - Palliative Care

Extraordinary advance care management group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a palliative care setting in the Southern Pines, NC area!

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, 4/10s, flexible schedule, no weekends
• Rotating 7 day phone triage call every 6-7 weeks
• APP will work autonomously in an in home setting for palliative care seeing 3-7 patients per day
• NP/PA will see patients within a 50 mile radius of the Southern Pines area

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
• 3+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required
• Hospice, palliative care, or home health experience preferred
