G-W Management Services, LLC is seeking a motivated Superintendent that has experience with completing interior renovations for NAVFAC.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

·   Coordinate and supervise all on site construction activities.

·   Direct all Sub-contractor field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

·   Maintain daily contact with project manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

·   Coordinate, Draft, Distribute and maintain weekly construction schedules (look ahead schedules), identify and participate in mitigation of conflicts on site to maintain consistent progress.

·   Coordinate with the QCM to maintain accurate as-build drawings on weekly basis.

·   Address and review timely requests for information in the best interest of the company and the project schedule.

·   Participate in developing and reviewing monthly invoices to submitted to the Government with the Site Quality Control Manager and Project Manager.

·   Submission and procurement of materials for self-performance work (to include AHA’s).

·   Maintain positive relationships with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and other employees.

·   Supervise project from NTP through completion of a final punch list and turn over to the Government.

·   Promote and administer job site safety, encourage safe work practices and correct job site hazards immediately.

·   Ensure all company employees and sub-contractors are adhering to the company safety, quality and schedule requirements.

·   Maintain an organized job site, including the construction office trailer and laydown areas.

·   Monitor and control all safety related onsite operations and address any concerns with the Site Safety and Health Officer on the project site for swift resolution.

·   Maintain Daily Production reports.

·   Participate in updating and enforcing the G-W Management Services, LLC Site Specific Safety Plan(s).

·   Maintain all safety related documentation and correspondence.

·   Communicate with the Project Manager and QCM/SSHO effectively in regard to safety contract requirements.

·   Communicate and participate with 3rd party safety inspections conducted by SEE Inc.

·        First Aid, CPR, and AED training

·        EM 385-1-1 40hr training

·        OSHA 30hr training
