Foxlink is extending its business and launching a manufacturing factory here in Phoenix, Arizona. This factory will be assembling car electrical chargers, battery cell storage devices and board spectrum sheet metal products. Foxlink Group has 31,000 employees worldwide and growing. Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual ( Mandarin /English ) Industrial Engineer to join our team at our sheet metal factory. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment, particularly in the sheet metal industry. This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards.,

Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Design and Implementation: Develop and implement new methods and systems to optimize production processes, including layout design, workflow optimization, and equipment utilization.
Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance team to establish and maintain quality standards for sheet metal fabrication, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Workforce Planning: Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal staffing levels, work distribution, and skill requirements for various production tasks.
Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvement, waste reduction, and resource optimization.
Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, to drive efficiency gains and enhance overall performance.
Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to best practices.
Safety Compliance: Collaborate with safety team to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, identifying and mitigating potential hazards in the production environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the sheet metal industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement., Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for layout design and process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement techniques., Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001., Experience with project management and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field., Professional certification in Industrial Engineering or Lean Six Sigma.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, welding, and finishing.
Familiarity with ERP systems or Global Shot for production planning and control.
