Responsibilites may include:

• Set strategic direction and management of execution of programs to Sales and Branch teams
• Work with and train branch personnel in support of aftermarket business. This includes TM's, BM’s, CSR's, and ROM's
• Responsible for through-the-shop and over-the-counter parts sales, cores, parts stocking, ordering, development of programs and implementation of corporate sponsored programs
• Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure attainment of both sales and margins objectives.
• Work with local vendors and manufacturer's representatives to provide support to branches and customer base.
• Create sales tools to support growth related to products, suppliers, industry trends and product marketing strategies
• Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs

Nature & Scope:

• Expected to lead this business segment for the region
• Works within broad base parameters
• Works within knowledge and parameters provided by Direct of Product Management

• HVAC Product Knowledge
• Dealer/contractor knowledge
• Excellent sales knowledge, customer, and relationship management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Excel and related computer skills - MS Office Word, PowerPoint
• Effective collaboration and team building skills
• Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job

Experience:

• 2 + years in HVAC industry preferred
• 2 + years in Product Management, Account Management, Sales, or Marketing

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if experience is related to above

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to travel to multi–cities and states, including overnight travel 5-10% of time.
