Job Description:

• Strong knowledge of Consumer and Retail sales; Experience in sales operations (Sales Cloud features), SFMC (Email marketing , Lead management , Multi-Channel marketing Campaigns & analytics), partner management, and enablement preferred
• Proven experience as a Salesforce admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM project having sales and marketing cloud features
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices; Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities
• Proven experience in implementation, including the ability to determine configuration
• Manage and Monitoring integration with other systems and third part application
• Hands-on experience with the configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc. (Declarative Approach)
• Create and manage reports , dashboard and data visualization tools to provide insights into business performance
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance tasks such as data cleanup and optimization
• Keep up to date on salesforce releases , features and best practices
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery model - participate in cross functional projects and initiatives related to salesforce and other business system
