Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Contract – 06 Months

Complete Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design & Strategy

  • Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
  • Security & Identity: Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
  • Governance: Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata, which is notoriously difficult to deploy.

2. Technical Development (Hands-on Leadership)

  • Advanced LWC: Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
  • Personalization: Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
  • Process Automation: Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.

3. Data & AI Integration

  • Data Cloud Integration: Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
  • API Management: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.

4. Leadership & Mentorship

  • Code Review: Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ Years as a Salesforce Developer
