Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The role involves technical design and delivery of Salesforce.com applications, acting as a technical thought leader and ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Technical Design and Delivery of Salesforce.com applications.
• Technical thought leader for the Capgemini salesforce practice
• In collaboration with the functional team, blueprint the technical design for the salesforce application considering all the functional, technical, non-functional and integration needs of the application.
• Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process.
• At the end of the test phase, responsible for delivering a fully working technical solution to the project manager and client.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of experience on Salesforce platform and implementation experience
• Must have handled a minimum of 8-10 implementations around sales, service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the force.com platform
• Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning component framework etc.
• Minimum 3.5 years of lightning implementation experience
• Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development
• Must possess at least one developer certification
• Extensive experience working in an onsite/offshore model
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to right clean, well-refactored maintainable code
• Experience in integrating SFDC with SAP, Oracle, and/or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience using GIT and VS CODE in DEV OPS process
Preferred:
• Experience on Salesforce1, Salesforce mobile will be an added advantage
