Job Description:
We're looking for a Martech Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Content, Marketing Automation, AdTech, Data, and AI-driven customer journeys. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, driving the roadmap for enterprise-scale digital experience platforms across Adobe, Salesforce, and Google ecosystems.
What You'll Do:
  • Establish Martech & AdTech Architecture across content, marketing automation, AI, data, and customer journeys
  • (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform)
  • Define the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Roadmap
  • including headless/headful AEM, content architecture, and AI-infused experiences
  • Lead AI Adoption Strategy for marketing and software development
  • (Agentic AI using OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex, Bedrock)
  • Provide thought leadership on future-state content, personalization, Martech, and data trends
  • Orchestrate personalization frameworks, marketing automation, and measurement systems
  • Partner with business marketing teams to translate use cases into scalable Martech designs & roadmaps
  • Guide implementation teams and set standards for quality, security, scalability, and performance
  • Support presales POVs, contribute to solutioning, and evangelize best practices across stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years deep experience in Adobe Experience Cloud, including:
  • AEM (headless & headful)
  • Adobe Campaign
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Adobe Target
  • Workfront & Launch
  • Experience delivering large-scale AEM programs
  • Marketing Automation / Journey Orchestration expertise
  • (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze)
  • 2+ years exposure to Enterprise Architecture processes (SRB, EAB)
  • 2+ years experience with Customer Data Platforms
  • (Adobe RT-CDP, ActionIQ, Salesforce CDP, Hightouch)
  • Full-stack / Front-end Architecture skills
  • (React, Angular)
  • Working knowledge of AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, Microsoft)
  • Strong delivery leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Exposure to API integration design and AWS cloud architecture

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $175,000 - $225,000/ yearly.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
