Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce Gen AI Architect to lead the design and integration of AI-powered solutions within Salesforce ecosystems for a major healthcare client. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Einstein, AI/ML tools, and cloud technologies to build scalable, secure, and intelligent CRM solutions.

Position: Contract Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Architect AI-driven Salesforce solutions using Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and third-party tools

  • Lead technical design across Salesforce platforms including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Health Cloud

  • Build high-level technical architecture blueprints and ensure system scalability and maintainability

  • Integrate Salesforce with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and external AI technologies

  • Guide the development of predictive analytics, NLP, and recommendation engines

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes

  • Supervise model training/testing, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and compliance

  • Address technical issues and ensure smooth AI-Salesforce data integration

  • Stay current with Salesforce and AI trends, advocating for innovation

Requirement Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise with Salesforce Einstein, Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce Cloud solutions
