Americaneagle.com is seeking a qualified Salesforce Developer to join our growing development team. The primary focus of this role will be developing components, automations, and integrations for the Salesforce platform while supporting client implementations as part of our Salesforce Consulting Partner practice.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment alongside experienced developers and project teams. We also support continued professional growth by covering certification test fees offered by Salesforce and other vendors.
Responsibilities
  • Develop components, automations, and integrations for the Salesforce platform
  • Develop product capabilities using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and SFDX
  • Work effectively in a supportive team and fast-paced environment
  • Quickly and effectively prioritize multiple development requests
  • Provide accurate development estimates and meet project deadlines
  • Maintain and enhance system performance by analyzing and identifying inefficiencies
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for delivered projects and solutions
  • Collaborates with project managers and developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout development, testing, and deployment
  • Implement Salesforce solutions for Americaneagle.com clients as part of the Salesforce Consulting Partner team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field with 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Experience with Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and SFDX
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal and written communication abilities
  • Salesforce.com certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder are a plus
  • Strong understanding of source-based development using packages
  • Passion for programming and technology with a desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and development teams throughout all phases of development
  • Understanding of additional development languages such as C# and Node.js, and frameworks such as React or Angular, is a plus
