Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking a Salesforce Architect with extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce Sales Service Cloud. The role involves providing consultative sales expertise, designing solutions, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to drive business results and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Consultative client focused sales solution design
• Build effective accurate solution proposals ballparks estimates and project resource plans and respective slideware and materials
• Provide consultative expertise on how the Salesforce platform can be best leveraged to support business processes and drive business results
• Successfully demo offerings and accelerators to prospects clients' sales teams and salesforce to drive awareness of our solutions and enable sales
• Provide deep Salesforce enterprise architecture with a focus on Sales Service Cloud and related ecosystem i e app exchange apps related 3rd party tools thought leadership
• Partner closely with COE Lead on Sales Service Cloud's Go to Market strategy and offerings to ensure are customer centric and compelling revenue drivers
• Closely align with Salesforce Product teams to both receive and provide guidance and platform thought leadership within the ecosystem
• Define end to end systems architecture and design in accordance with business operational requirements to design develop specifications for interfaces system integration interface and solution data models
• Partner with Salesforce product roadmap across Core COE clouds
• Represent Magnet360 Mindtree for cloud related Salesforce partner meetings and events
• Create relevant reusable thought leadership materials including blogs webinars capabilities content and customer stories
• Collaborate to ensure successful solution delivery post sale This includes providing Solution Architecture and delivery leadership on projects to ensure that solution vision from the sales cycle continues through successful delivery as well as meeting billable utilization target in the process of ensuring successful sales support and delivery to clients where applicable
• Participate in "culture of learning” by providing learning experiences lunch and learns etc to the broader COE and Delivery teams
• Support Professional Development Manager in developing consulting talent organizationally within Core Sales Service
Qualifications:
Required:
• minimum of 16 years of experience
• TOGAF certified
• Good documentation skills
• Experience doing CXO level presentations
• Consultative client focused sales solution design
• Build effective accurate solution proposals ballparks estimates and project resource plans and respective slideware and materials
• Provide consultative expertise on how the Salesforce platform can be best leveraged to support business processes and drive business results
• Successfully demo offerings and accelerators to prospects clients' sales teams and salesforce to drive awareness of our solutions and enable sales
• Experience building applications using Lightning Visualforce and UI related coding techniques
• Understanding usage of declarative development in Salesforce implementations Apex Triggers Workflow Rules Validations Lightning Components Reports Dashboard
• Experience in object modelling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts
• Understanding and working knowledge integrating third party components with Salesforce using REST SOAP APIs or Data Loader
• Experience with enterprise integration tools extraction transformation and load ETL tools
• Exposure to Mulesoft is a plus
• Provide deep Salesforce enterprise architecture with a focus on Sales Service Cloud and related ecosystem
