Role: Sr Salesforce (SFDC) Consultant / Salesforce BSA with Healthcare exp
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (4 days a week onsite)

Domain Experience (If any): Healthcare Payer Domain (Sales Stream)
Must Have Certifications: Salesforce Administration and/or Consulting Certifications

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or play a major role in Salesforce solution design across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Clouds.
  • Partner closely with Senior Salesforce Architects, Enterprise Architecture teams, and executive-level sponsors (VP/Director) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering, including EPICs, features, and user stories using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Participate in Scrum of Scrums model for large-scale Salesforce programs.
  • Build prototype configurations in Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Force.com, AgentForce) during the design phase.
  • Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with CRM roadmaps and Salesforce best practices
 
 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8+ years of total IT experience, including at least 5 years in Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record in 4–5 Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, Health, or Data Cloud), each lasting at least 6 months.
  • Strong domain experience in Healthcare payer business, particularly within Sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and management (EPICs, user stories, etc.).
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other issue/requirement tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, configuration, and administration essentials.
  • Experience in CRM roadmap planning, architectural design, and Force.com implementations.
  • Experience with onsite-offshore coordination and flexibility for late evening or early morning calls.
  • Apex/Visualforce and Salesforce code optimization knowledge are good to have but not mandatory.
