Volunteer & Community Outreach Coordinator - St. Ann's Center for Children, Youth and Families

St. Ann's Center for Children, Youth and Families is searching for a Volunteer & Community Outreach Coordinator.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective and rewarding volunteer program.

We are looking for an organized individual to be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective and rewarding volunteer program benefiting the recipients in our three major programs. Will be actively engaged in the identification of volunteer opportunities as well as their recruitment, training, supervision and debriefings. Ensures that volunteer management is in compliance with operations and supports each program’s needs.

Opens avenues of community outreach and education. Assists with the acquisition of in-kind donations, support at special events and completion of monthly reports.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, or related field (commensurate experience may be considered in place of a degree) and 1-3 years’ experience as a volunteer coordinator and/or experience working with customers/clients.

Experience in resource development, and the coordination and training of volunteers, preferably in a nonprofit or community-based organization.
