Primary Responsibility:
As a KBA 2nd Press Operator, your primary responsibility is to assist the 1st Press Operator with the set up and operation of the machine for quality product output at the desired speed.
What You’ll Do:
• Printing Specifications: Review job tickets for setup procedures and supply requirements.
• Machine Setup: Consistently adjust and set up the machine following instructions.
• Speed Achievement: Start equipment and make adjustments for target speeds.
• Quality Maintenance: Ensure product quality, including viscosity, color, and clarity.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect printed boards for accuracy, correcting issues as needed.
• Documentation: Record non-conforming product issues and maintain productivity logs.
• Operational Adaptation: Embrace innovative procedures for efficiency and safety.
• Color Precision: Utilize tools for maintaining color quality.
• Customer Interaction: Represent the company during customer interactions.
• Machine Maintenance: Troubleshoot and assist in repairs, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Work Environment: Ensure a clean workspace as per the 5S system.
• Downtime Efficiency: Use machine downtime effectively to assist with setup or related tasks.
