This position will be in Studio City, LA but you will be working closely with the team in Hyderabad and Canada through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing and Sales to lead our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels
• Lead the sales team in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Develop and manage relationships with key clients and partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Manage the marketing and sales budgets and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing and sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and finance, to develop and execute integrated marketing and sales plans
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and media outlets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing and sales effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams
• Strong band and people management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools and technology
• Experience with B2B marketing and sales
• Experience with Technology/SaaS firms
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
