Electronic Repair Technician

Advance-Esthetic is searching for a Esthetic Equipment Electronic Repair Technician who will troubleshoot and perform repairs on our equipment. Repair Technician will be responsible for machine maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance & training.

​Duties:

• Assist in the refurbishing process of our equipment components
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• Diagnose problems, and consult with Supervisor in regard to cost-effectiveness of repair solution, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
• Provide timely feedback to the CS / QA Manager regarding recurring service failures or​ customer concerns
• Participate in department wide training and cross training
• Work cohesively with internal staff members (sales, quality control, warehouse an​d shipping) to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
• Document and report all issues to avoid the recurrence of defects and loss of sales
• Serve as Technical Support for customers via phone, email or in person and consistently communicate in a clear, patient and enthusiastic manner
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding product failures or performance concerns
• Test products for functionality and quality
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting malfunctions
• Removes defective parts by dismantling devices
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Other duties added as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 -5 years mechanical & electrical repair experience or 1-3 years with equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish issues
• Attention to detail - Accuracy
• Must be an Independent worker
• Excellent listening & communications skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Must have Practical on-site experience working with: Compressors, touch screens, motherboards, sensors
• Must have excellent computer skills

Salary: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
