Key responsibilities

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

- Analyze and summarize legal documents

·      Licensed member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

·      2+ years of legal practice experience and substantive mastery of Estate Planning Preferred

·      Baseline knowledge of long-term care planning

·      Experience with Medicaid/ALTCS Planning/Process, preferred but not required

·      Record of superior academic and professional achievement

·      Effective Interpersonal Communication Skills

·      Excellent Legal Research and Writing Skills, Westlaw competency preferred

·      Estate planning experience as an attorney, intern, or law clerk

·      Organized and ability to adapt quickly

·      A passion for estate, asset protection & long-term care planning

·      Family wealth planning knowledge and trusts experience

·      Financial asset protection planning
