DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

We're looking for an Entry-Level Landscape Crew Member who is self-motivated, hardworking, and can meet the qualifications below:

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, such as bags of soil or plants
• Positive attitude and ability to take constructive criticism
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Highly dependable and punctual

Having a valid driver's license is a plus. Landscaping or related outdoor work experience is welcome but not necessary! We're willing to train the right candidate for this role!

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER?

This position has a seasonal (April - December) schedule. You'll typically work Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays.

As an Entry-Level Landscape Crew Member, your responsibilities will include working on various commercial installation projects, planting trees and shrubs, participating in full landscape installations, hardscape installation, and maintaining commercial and residential properties throughout the Western New York region. From prepping landscape beds to mulching, trimming, weeding, and assisting in hardscape projects – your role is vital in creating and maintaining the landscapes we take pride in.
