Talentry is looking for an experienced leader to lead the development of RNA Genomics products and services. The right person for this role will oversee RNA Scientists and lead solutions from concept through development and successful manufacturing and testing. This professional R&D Leader will work with the C-Suite and the BOD to determine appropriate new product development roadmaps and timelines.

The person in this role will determine the priorities and manage the human and technical resources needed to accomplish the goal of continuous innovation in RNA genomics science. He or she will help us create and optimize the platform needed to provide an invaluable tool to research organizations and institutions to understand RNA structure for use in their therapeutic development programs.

The Director or VP will lead the teams, plan and prioritize efforts; manage the budget and timelines; interface with all of the different departments, executives and partners; and ensure quality of product, compliance, and competitiveness.

Ph.D. in Cell or Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or similar, and 10+ years of experience.

Proven track record leading scientific teams in R&D.

Demonstrated expertise with NGS systems and RNA genomics.

Proven ability to work successfully interdepartmentally.

Solid communication and documentation skills.
