Job Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Communicate directly with the Body Shop Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Examine cars for damage
• Give a price estimate for repairs
• Order and install the appropriate parts
• Record all repairs and inventory
• Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, using wrenches and cutting torch
• Bolt or weld replacement parts in position, using wrenches or welding equipment
• Straighten bent automotive frames
• File, grind & sand repaired surfaces
• Refinish repaired surface
• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal, but we will grow the right candidate
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
