Job Description

The Slot Attendant is essential member of the Casino Floor team at The Point Casino & Hotel. The Slot Floor Attendant provides customer service to patrons on the electronic gaming floor by operating from established practices and procedures according to gaming regulations.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Ensure we are compliant with Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, State of Washington Gambling Commission, National Indian Gaming Commission Regulations, and our own policies/procedures.
Communicates professionally with The Point Casino & Hotel's guests and employees, answering their questions to the best of their ability.
Maintains machines in a time sensitive environment and recommends follow up instructions if necessary.
Open to learning new skill sets and motivated to being promoted.

What We're Looking For:

21+ years old.
TPCH is a 24/7 operation therefore, applicants must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain Gaming License.
